Default gallery layout during NextGEN migration

    I’m planning to migrate from NextGEN, but I’d like to set my own default gallery style first. I’ve found the relevant setting, but it only applies to newly created galleries, not the ones imported from NextGEN.

    After migration, the layout is always set to “responsive” by default. Is there a way to change this so that, for example, the default layout during migration is set to “image viewer” instead?

    I have over 500 galleries to migrate, so I really need a solution that doesn’t require adjusting each one manually.

    Thank you very much for the quick and precise reply.If you are planning to work further on the migration feature, could you also add the ability to migrate all galleries automatically? At the moment, I have to manually click through 42 pages, so it would be great if the plugin could handle the entire process on its own.Best regards.

    @leszy I have released v1.7 which includes a new Settings tab on the Migrate page.

    You can override the gallery layout using the Override Gallery Layout setting.

    You can disable the migration pagination by setting the Page Size setting to 0 (zero) which will remove the paging controls and allow you to migrate all at once. It might be slow to render all that data, so you might have to play around with the setting.
