Hi there, I’m trying to change my default address to a new email (we’ll call it yyy@yyy.com) and it keeps reverting to the original (zzz@zzz.com). The change goes through, but within a couple minutes the following shows up:

“Sending all of your emails has been paused because your email address zzz@zzz.com hasn’t been authorized yet.”

The preferred email is showing up as my default sender under Settings as well.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there @sfpapool 👋🏽!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

The change goes through, but within a couple minutes the following shows up:

Can you please review the existing emails that have already been created to see if the ‘zzz’ email address is added there somehwere?

Maybe there’s a Post Notification email (or any other type) that is still using the un-authorized email address.

And also, have you already managed to authorize the ‘yyy’ email address?

Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.

    Cheers

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Cheers
