If default is set on let’s say English, if person has their browser language or only has 1 language other than English, will it automatic render the site for the language that they have provided the language is one of the many available?

Hi,

No it will do nothing. Visitors have to select language from the language selector.

You can code it on your own and use doGTranslate javascript function to change the language. However I do not recommend doing that, it is automatic translation and the quality is not perfect.
