Default blog mapping to wrong site

Hello,

I recently changed the site URL for one our sites and checked off the ‘update siteurl and home’. Since then, this particular site is now returned at our default url, i.e. blogs.example.com as well as it’s URL of blogs.example.com/sitename (blog id 7)

Any ideas on how to change this? In the admin panel for all the sites, when I click to edit ‘/’, it takes me to the panel for blog id 7, and not id 1. Not sure what I changed, or how to fix this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
