Decrypting not working

Hi!

We use the decoding option on our website but it is not decrypting the email address when clicked on it. It shows a field with “Cleantalk magic on it’s way”, sometimes that stays, other times an email is openened but the email address is with cxxxx@xxxxx.org.

We use WordPress, elementor and an Astra theme:
