Hi. How can I decrease widget in overview display setting by default in code?
because I have multisite and I want to decrease plugin options in any new blog.

At this time there is not way to set the default widgets for users.

I want to remove something from user dashboard. Can I?

It’s all or nothing at this time. If the user has access to WP Statistics then they have access to all of the dashboard widgets as well.

You can disable all dashboard widgets, but that removes access to the widgets for everyone.
