Decent free theme, avoid premium offerings

Free version delivers on its promises without issues. The trouble began when I purchased their premium bundle.

Premium is built completely differently – demands additional plugin installations, backend performance suffers significantly, no content migration tools provided. Two entirely different experiences.

Support proved problematic: extremely delayed responses (multiple weeks typical) and constant requests for admin panel access rather than engaging with the actual technical issues raised.

The mismatch between free and premium versions suggests poor product planning. Support responsiveness doesn’t meet reasonable expectations.

Advice: Free theme is serviceable for simple sites, but carefully evaluate alternatives before considering paid upgrades.
