Hi @pzsniper,
Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.
I’d like to clarify that the message you are seeing in your debug log is not an error but a warning. This warning does not impact the functionality of your site or the plugin.
It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance.
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at this issue.
Thanks.
OK thank you but so, are u willing to fix that “warning” anyway?
Hi @pzsniper,
Thanks for the follow-up.
Yes, we’d be happy to investigate this further and get to the bottom of things to find a resolution.
Since you’re using the paid version of WPForms, please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard and our support team will take a closer look at this issue.
Thanks.
Sorry but my time is limited, so you already have all the infos, just check it and release a bugfix when possibile. Thank you in advance
Hi @pzsniper,
Thanks for sharing that information!
We don’t currently have an open report for the PHP warning you mentioned:
PHP Warning: Undefined array key “path” in /home/u800908748/domains/abc.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforms/wpforms.php on line 47
Please double-check that you’re using the latest version of WPForms, which is 1.9.6.1.
If you are, this warning might be caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme. When you get a chance, I recommend following the steps in WPBeginner’s guide on troubleshooting WordPress errors to help identify the source of the issue.
From the path shown in the warning, it looks like you’re using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license, please feel free to submit a support ticket through your WPForms account dashboard. Our support team will be happy to take a closer look for you.
Since this forum is only for the free version of WPForms, we’re unable to provide support for the paid version here per the forum guidelines. We really appreciate your understanding and help!
Thanks!
