    Hey,
As I saw Search Storm Plugin is not maintained from 3 major releases of WordPress and the last update was 3 years ago so probably the Plugin owner/author stop supporting and maintaining this project/Plugin.
I recommend you do not use this plugin and search for the alternate of this plugin.

Try to delete the plugins from this method https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/ .
Hope this will solve your problem.

If you can get into the ‘plugins directory’ via FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager you should be able to just find that one plugin’s subdirectory and remove it… delete just that one plugin.

In the future you might add a file manager to your plugins lineup. I do that on some sites when I’m working on weird things or experimenting. Using one of those from WordPress while in WordPress feels a little like building a ship in a bottle but they can be handy sometimes.

I usually kill those though once I turn over to a client. You probably don’t want a client in there deleting and editing files where they might kill the whole beast… They’ll probably not tell you what they did either so you get stuck with a royal mess.
