DB cache error?

I couldn’t post anything into my blog until I used DB Cache Reloaded db.php

But now this message appears on my admin page:

DB Cache Reloaded Error: cannot include db-functions.php file. Please either reinstall plugin or remove /htdocs/wp-content/db.php file

what can I do about it?

I’m knew to all this.
