Thank you for the patience. Just follow my steps below one again.
1. remove the code above
2. add this file to folder : \wp-content\plugins\wr-contactform\libraries\languages

Thank you for the cooperation. I am glad to hear it is fine now.
1. I am sorry for this unconvenience, at the moment in order to display dates in Romanian and disable the dates before the current date, these options are not ready.
2. The width of the filed depends on your themes style, however if you would like to adjust it bigger. you can add a class(date-1) to which field you like: take a look at the picture: http://i.imgur.com/p0oVTHY.png
And then you put this below code into the ending line of your theme file: style.css
.date-1 .controls input {
width: 300px!important;
}
You can change 300 to which size you prefer.
