If you switch to a default, unmodified theme (such as Twenty Twelve) and at the same time deactivate all other plugins does the same problem persist?
Hey, I have the exactly same problem, except I don’t see that error. I’ve tried using default theme & it works, so it’s probably colliding with some script..
Let you know if you’d like more info.
Thanks for posting Mayshi:

So it probably isn’t quite the same problem and as per wordpress.org forum rules we’d encourage you to create your own thread if you need further help: that said, it does indeed sound like a conflict with another plugin or your theme – so we may not be able to offer up too much help on this occasion.
@furious-g: how are you getting on?
Going to mark this resolved but if you do still need help (@Furious-G) please do let us know and we’ll help if we can. Thanks!
This has been solved. It happened to be some junk unused script that was thrown in there that was causing the conflict. I just removed it.
Thanks
Excellent, glad you found the answer 🙂
