Date time format cannot be translated

Hi,

I modified the date time format to add the “at” in the string like this

j F Y \a\t H:i

This shows

Last Updated on 24 October 2020 at 19:30

Now when translating in another language, I cannot translate the “at” as the date time format string is not registred, so I cannot translate like the HTML template.

It shows me this now in French:

Ugly !

Please add the possibility to translate the date time format too.
