Hey @gvsunick,
Thank you for your patience
Could you please email us temporary FTP logins to hello@wpforchurch.com, and we will take a look 🙂
(include website URL and this thread URL in the email as well)
Hi nikolam,
Sorry I am new to this. Can you tell me why you need a login for our ftp site? I included the URL in my thread.
Thanks,
Nick
Hey @gvsunick,
Thank you for your patience, I somehow missed your reply
We need FTP access because we can not reproduce the bug on our end, all dates are showing up as they are supposed to show. Also, you are the only one who reported this, so there is probably something on your website environment that is causing this bug.
So, we would log in to your server, do some testing, find the bug, fix it and share the fix with all users who could have the same issue 🙂
All that can’t be done via public URL of your website.
Of course, you don’t need to give us FTP access if you don’t want to, but we won’t be able to fix the bug otherwise. If you don’t give us FTP access, then please at least check your server date & time configuration and timezone. (Please contact your hosting provider if you don’t know how to do it by yourself)
We are here to help as much as we are able to 🙂
Hey @gvsunick,
We did some bug fixing related to dates, can you test out the latest version and see if it’s fixed?
Thanks
Hi @nikolam,
I updated the plug-in and it fixed the issue. The preached date is now the correct date. Thanks so much for the prompt fix!
