    can you try to temporarily do the following to narrow down the problem:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
    – also, try to check your theme header.php for wp_head() or footer.php for wp_footer()

    This is what I see in my header: <?php wp_head();?>
    </head>

    Should I delete that?

    no, that is correct; how about in your footer.php (did you see wp_footer() ) ?
