Date not correct on the calender

Hello….ok

I have the calendar setup correctly and I am see an issue.

On January 1o there is an event and if you click on the details teh event says it is on the 9th.

I have recreated the event twice and cleared cached etc…no change.

Any ideas? I went through this forum and didnt see anything related to this and apologize if this a repeat.
