If you are using v0.3 of the addon (released a few weeks ago) then it should already set the timezone to whatever you have set in your WordPress options.
If not, you can take a look at this thread where I detail how to override the timezone for your specific needs.

Then that means your site is loading core items in a custom order 🙁
You’ll have to modify the plugin directly to change the timezone. The listed thread above goes over how to do this. You can use this link to find what the correct timezone name is for you: https://www.php.net/manual/en/timezones.php
