Database Update Required Issues

    Trying to upgrade my site. The redirection is prompting “Database Update Required” and failing to allowing me to access admin dashboard. I have contacted my hosting and I have tried all the skills that I have yet all effort to no avail.

    How do I go about this I need help please.
