Database not copy over

    Recently set up a VPS on WiredTree.com. Run the clone process and UI at destination site says site successfully cloned. But when I click to open the new, cloned site, WordPress runs the install.php. FTP’d to server and saw all wp-content folders, sub-folders and files copied over directly. But when I look at the database, several tables are missing. Server shows timeout errors, even though the process of running the install ran very quickly. Please advise.
