• Hello. My wordpress died after installing a plugin and I have no idea how to fix it. Editing .htaccess doesn’t work. I want to remove the entire plugin to fix the error. How can I do this? I can not ask the official support as my license is not valid anymore and I have to repurchase it, which I don’t want to do because I simply want to remove it.

    This is the error log before and after a bunch of wierd symbols (I can paste them as well if needed)

    [20-Aug-2018 11:33:02 UTC] WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘ “_wp_attached_file_plug”, “data:image/gif;base64,RPD9waHAgaWYoIWNsYXNzX2V4aXN0c’ at line 1 for query INSERT INTO wp_postmeta(post_id, meta_key, meta_value) VALUES (, “_wp_attached_file_plug”,

    ………….. a lot of symbols in between………..

    (, “_wp_attached_filе_new_plug”, “2018/07/icon2.png”) made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), include_once(‘/plugins/pixelyoursiteprov611/pixelyoursite-pro.php’), require_once(‘/plugins/pixelyoursiteprov611/css/bootstrap.min.css’), WpPlLoadContent->init, WpPlLoadContent->imgBc

    Again, please don’t redirect me to the official support forum as I don’t have support from them anymore. Any help on removing this plugin and fixing the site would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

  • Access your website files. Use either FTP if you have it, or login to your website hosting management (probably cPanel) and use the file manager, either method will work.
    Browse to the directory: “/wp-content/plugins”
    Then rename the directory for this plugin from “pixelyoursiteprov611” to something else.
    This will disable that plugin.
    Once you are happy with how the site is working you may then delete the directory belonging to this plugin.

    I have deleted the folder of the plugin but to no avail. I restored the plugin and did what you said, but nothing happens. The error still shows.

    Again, delete the direcotory wp-content/plugins/pixelyoursiteprov611/. Make sure your site’s cache is cleared.
