data upload – no pdf preview possible

I’m using the Sensei LMS plugin for Online Courses. Recently I noticed that all PDFs on the course platform are not visible. I already ran the basic troubleshooting steps

• updated all plugins
• disabled all plugins except woocommerce & seinsei (checking for plugin conflict)
• switched to twenty twenty theme (checking for theme conflict)

Since the issue doesn’t resolve, sensei customer support suggested contacting my theme’s developer (Ocean WP).

I used the file block to display PdFs in the course but there seems to be an issue. Clicking on download just leads to a 404 page.
