    Hi, I’m considering using Spotfix for collecting visual website feedback and turning it into tasks. Could you please clarify a few security-related points?

    1. What kind of data does Spotfix collect from the website when a user leaves feedback?
    2. Are screenshots or page content stored on external servers?
    3. Does the plugin collect any personal data from visitors or logged-in users?

    @mk122qw thank you for great questions!

    1. If a visitor submit spot a guest Spotfix collects his IP address. If a visitor signed up for an account, it collect his email as well.
    2. Yes, text and visual content stored on remote servers.
    3. Only Email and IP.
