Data not visible for editing

When I open a table to edit it’s content, the edit window is empty like there isn’t any data there. But when viewing the table showing all of its rows, it does show data there to be edited. So when I click the “Edit” link to actually edit the data, the edit screen is blank, as if there isn’t any data in the table row.

And to make this even more weird – some rows do open OK for editing just fine. I can see the data before I click Edit, and can successfully edit the content too. Only some of the rows are not showing the data for editing.
