Data Migration Problem

I was stupid. I’ve switched hosting plans and have had to migrate my blogs to the new server. I’ve done a backup of my database through PHPMyAdmin but didn’t realize that I could extract all of my posts through the WP Admin interface.

So basically I’m stuck with a large database and I can’t extract the data that I need to continue. Any advice/scripts out there that can create a WP export from a MySQL backup?
