Data listing plugin

Hi, hope somebody can help me.
I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to add/edit data and display that data in a list on the frontend. I could simply use Google’s spreadsheet, but it doesn’t allow me to do things I need, like hide some fields from specific users.
I’ve already tried a lot of plugins but none solves my problem.

I started making my own “plugin” but I’m not a programmer and I thought it’d be better to find one made by pros.

Any ideas?
