Data Entry For Statistics

Hi Guys,

I’m wondering if there is a plugin out there that will let me enter data into a form and will update certain tables.

The site is for a sports team and I want to fill out a form when a player features in a match, how many tries they have scored, conversions they’ve made etc etc.

An example is this http://featherstonerovers.net/page.php?id=1161 but rather than manually entered, it will be automatically done.
