    When in the dashboard, I cannot seem to expand or collapse the dashboard boxes like Activity or Stats. If I double-click on the arrow on the top right corner of the box and reload the page, that box is collapsed or expanded depending on the current state.

    This behavior is alleviated if I deactivate a plugin add-on used to send Email Broadcast to the members managed by the main plugin, eMember. I have tried different browsers, different computers, clearing the cache, the behavior is consistent.

    The add-on, Email Broadcast, adds that option the plugin, eMember and seems to engage in a minimal manner with the rest of the WordPress installation. Except, of course, interfering with the expand/collapse of the dashboard boxed. I am not really concerned that I cannot make them collapse, but whether this may be a symptom of a deeper problem that may get worse.

    I will appreciate any suggestions to deal with the nuisance level problem.

    I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-and-wp-emember-integration/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    Thank you t-p, the plugin does not involve WooCommerce. I have inquired about it from Tips and Tricks HQ, the maker of the plugin but they could not suggest a solution. I was hoping that someone on the WordPress forum may have some insight.

    – For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. They cannot support their customers here.
    – As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there. Also, forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

    I understand. I am marking this as resolved to close the conversation. Although my question was aimed at WordPress community, not the plugin developer.
