Hi @support_home,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot. That’s really helpful for understanding what’s going on.
The warnings you’re seeing are PHP notices indicating that the plugin is trying to access data that isn’t available or properly structured. These issues often arise when:
- There’s a conflict with another plugin or theme.
- WooCommerce is unable to retrieve analytics data due to a misconfiguration or missing database table.
- A recent update introduced a bug or incompatibility.
Here’s what I recommend:
- Temporarily disable other plugins (especially analytics or reporting-related ones) and see if the warnings persist.
- Go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and run the “Verify database tables” and “Update database” tools if available.
- You’re running WooCommerce 6.1.2 and WordPress 5.8.12; both are quite outdated. Consider testing updates in a staging environment to see if the issue resolves.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you for your reply. I have completed all updates, adjusted PHP, and everything is now working correctly. Thank you, and Merry Christmas.
