I have exactly the same problem since this morning.
But in my case, I not upgraded, I did nothing on my wordpress install.
The URL “/wp-admin/” is blocked by Avast antivirus.
I also get this message infection : ” {gzip} JS:ScriptIP-inf[Trj] “
Is this a false positive ?
Just to add my 2 cents, I have the same problem, also using Avast Antivirus.
When I go to a subpage, e.g. wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=active I do not get the warning. Only the Dashboard genereates the warning. I also suspect a false positive
Ok, sorry for my poor english but I also posted a topic on the AVAST forum here, to solve this worrying message : https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=164204.0

I posted this original complaint on another forum and several others had the same issue…..the advice there was to disable the Google analytics plugin….so I did…..and now my entire site will not load…..says “This page can’t be displayed”…..uggg
Having the same problem on my site
There is a kind of answer on the avast forum :
This is False Positive…
Disable WP Google Analytics Dashboard plugin.
I can’t even get to log into my dashboard or see site since I updated
@misslynshue – because of this same Avast problem? If so, see post above yours – you can remove that plugin manually using FTP or Cpanel to access the files on your server.
If you have a different issue, please start your own thread.
Yesterday I was the same problem, I first turned off Avast, and then I disable Google Analytics Dashboard plugin in wp-admin, and now I don’t have a problem! The problem is new avast update and conflict with Google Analytics Dashboard plugin.
If after that you can not log in, restart the computer or network connection and then try to log in again!
AVAST is guilty!
Oh dear….I’m having the same problem too. I thought that upgrading to 4.1 would sort it out but it hasn’t. No dashboard, no google analitics, malicious code, avast blocking trojons from my website……What’s a girl to do??
It works now ( Friday, 09th January 2015)
With the lateste AVAST Virus Definition 150901-0 and the Google Analytics Plugin Update (Version 4.4) I can load the dashboard again.
If you still are blocked/have trouble accessing your site, go directly to the update page
http://www.yourwebsiteurl.com/wp-admin/update-core.php
Replace yourwebsiteurl.com with your domain name
This should load the update page, where you can download the 4.4 Version of the Analytics plugin
Yes, this is the official message from avast to me :
Our virus specialists have been working on the problem and it should now be fixed.
Please update your Virus Definitions by following these steps:
Open Avast program and go to > Settings > Update > VIRUS DEFINITIONS > Update.
In the futur, for help, this is the official AVAST suport URL :
