Dashboard not loading properly

My site is fine and yesterday I was drafting a post and could access my Dashboard. Today my Dashboard is all messed up. Formatting of page is more like text layout and I cannot do anything. Again, my site is fine, it’s only the Dashboard that is not working properly. I have tried in IE9 and IE10 with the same results.
