Dashboard – language option missing

    Hi!
    I wanted to change dashboard language to Serbian and I went to Settings > General but language option is missing.Also there is no language option in profile settings.
    WordPress version: 3.1.4

    If you need any more information to answer my question, please post and I will add it.
