Dashboard has disappeared

The Dashboard on my blog no longer shows the left hand column (except Profile) and there is very little content on the main frame. Any ideas why or what I can do to resolve this? Was all going fine until I uploaded DIY Themes Thesis and also added Pinterest code to custom_function.
