Dashboard error not displaying correctly

Hi
When i login to my website the dashboard loads properly for about 3-5 seconds and then 1/4 of a white strip bar appears on the left-hand side of the screen and a little unhappy broken robot appears to the right and the screen is not displaying correctly.
when I click on other tabs it’s fine. It’s just the dashboard that this happens on. pictures explain it best. But I don’t know how to load pictures on the support area.
