Some quick things to try:
- Disable all plugins by renaming your plugins folder via FTP
- Re-install WordPress by uploading all files except the contents of wp-content
- Make sure your database information is filled out correctly in your wp-config file and that there are no issues on your webhost’s end
- Revert to the default theme by temporarily moving the other themes to a different folder
Let me know if that works!
I have a similar problem.
I have got many wordpress sites running on various servers, and recently set up a new wordpress installation on a new hosting account at my existing host (webhost4life)
Setup went fine, as usual, designed all the pages, everything worked fine.
Next day, went to log in and make a few changes, logged in, but the dashboard page naver came.. just a white screen with no information at all.
I tried using different browsers (IE8, Firefox 3.6.3, Chrome 10.0.648.133) and all the same White page, even on another computer.
I know the password is working, because if I put in the wrong password, it tells me!
I’ve been in to phpMyAdmin and checked the wp-options setttings for “siteurl” and “home” and they are correct.
Website itself still runs fine on the outside, I just can’t get in to the Admin Dashboard.
Please try and talk me donw, someone! 🙂

@bobinshenzhen – Have you tried the suggestions I gave keiopensdoors? Those are just the standard things to try if you are having issues like this.
OK, Renamed the plugin folder to “PluginOLD” and moved the one theme I was using ot a new directory called “HiddenThemes”.
Didn’t reload the wordpress files but that seems to have cured it! Thanks.
I put the them I was using back into the themes folder, and it still works.
Not had this before on this or any other site – quite strange, but thanks for the info.
Will update if it fails again.
Cheers,
B.
