    The required settings are already enabled in the admin dashboard, but for some reason my vendors are still seeing the message: “You are not allowed to access this page.” while accessing there dashboard
    I’m not sure why this is happening and am quite confused. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue?

    kindly go to MultiVendorX – Settings – Permissions and just change something as per your need or undo the same. In both the cases the settings will be saved automatically and that will resolve the same.

    Kindly let us know if the issue still persists.
