Have you tried re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

Yes, it happened when I first created the site, then I downloaded the very latest update a couple days ago, same results.
Have you tried re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress since the upgrade?

Okay, just re-uploaded the latest wp-admin & wp-includes, now the first page of the Dashboard is all screwed up, too. It looks like straight HTML, no CSS styling, no interactive plugins available….
Try adding define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); to the bottom of your wp-config.php file (just before the require_once line).
If that fails, contact GoDaddy. Something weird is going on with the server.

Woohoo! Almost a perfect fix! All dashboard pages are displaying properly, but on the opening page, I get about 6 banner ads! But at least I can now access what I need. Thank you so much!
No problem. Glad we got there in the end. 🙂

Yes, it is free hosting. This is a job for a client, so it was already in the works before I could redirect. But is has been a great learning experience! 🙂
