Dapper Feed From Password Protected WordPress Blog

Hi everyone,

Hope some resident expert can help me. I have minimum knowledge of WordPress and basically just post text with pictures so use kindergarden level terminology in your replies please.

I’ve got a password protected web-site with family photos and a diary just for family and friends.

Updating the diary is rather tiresome since I have to create a html page, fix the links and republish the website through FTP.

However, I want to keep my HTML pages and formatting but it would be great if I could use WordPress for the diary.

So what I want to do is load WordPress into the password protected directory of my family website and then have an RSS feed pull the latest headings and text into the front page of my html password protected website.

I’ve used http://www.dapper.net on my business site to do this but neither the business site or the business blog are password protected so it was easy. I cannot use dapper in this case because dapper cannot get into my password protected directory to read the blog.

Are their any plugins or do you have any other ideas that would allow me to have a similar affect to what I’m doing on my business site (www.conceptosefectivos.com) inside my password protected family site?

Obviously the whole point is that I only want family and friends to be able to read this particular blog.
