    Hello,

This is an identical issue to one posted about 3 months ago, but there was no resolution.

Acrobat files, mostly from older uploads, are giving us an error message that states:

Adobe Acrobat could not open ‘160621.pdf’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded)

The link to the file is https://[domain.org]/wp-content/dlm_uploads/2016/07/16021.pdf.

When I download the file directly from the server using FTP, the file is fine.

I am unable to provide direct links as this is a password protected website with sensitive information. You must be logged in to download these files.

We have seen this issue before — a LOT — and this site has over 3500 files and I can’t keep fixing them all every time. Right now, about half are broken — everything from mid 2016 back to the start in 2013.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
