    Hello.

    I’m having trouble finding more info on what ‘Merge Empty Cells’ does when using CVS Import Suite for WooCommerce.

    Here’s the explanation from CVS Import Suite:
    Merge empty cells Check this box to merge empty cells – otherwise (when merging) the empty cells will be ignored when importing things such as attributes.

    Can someone break it down a bit more for me? I don’t really understand what it’s saying.

    If I’m just merging product variations/products to update the prices, do I have to worry about this option?

    Hello again,

    I marked this as ‘unresolved’ again because I’m having trouble submitting an accurate ticket. I choose ‘help with my extensions’. There’s a drop down list of integrated extensions for WooCommerce, but I don’t see CVS Import Suite.

    What should I select as the extension when I submit the ticket? I’d attach a snapshot of all the extensions on the list, but I don’t see an option to attach an image on this forum.

    Also, I don’t know if it would affect things, but this is not the account my copy of CVS Import Suite is tied to. My boss has that account info – that account has our company website, woo commerce, cvs import suite, ton of other plugins, ton of customization, etc. This is just my personal wordpress acct for asking questions and such.

    If logged into a WooCommerce.com customer account that doesn’t have a valid purchase for the Product CSV Import Suite you would not see that product display within the dropdown field of the support form.

    To submit a support ticket for the Product CSV Import Suite extension you will need to be logged into WooCommerce.com with the customer account that has a valid purchase for that extension located on it.

    Once logged into WooCommerce with the account which has a valid purchase for the Product CSV Import Suite extension you’ll be able to select that product from the list.

    If you’re experiencing difficulties locating the WooCommerce.com account you used to purchase the Product CSV Import Suite extension please instead submit a Help With My Account support request letting them know and the team can help locate that purchase for you.

    Once the WooCommerce team has validated your extension purchase they’ll forward you onto support for the Product CSV Import Suite extension.
