Customizing the post loop template

Hi,

Could someone give me a hand by telling me how to achieve this?:

Using Platform theme and Related Links plugin, i’d like to show related links on each post. Both theme and plugin work fine, but my problem is the related posts are shown above the post title instead of at the end of the post.

How could i show the related links at the bottom of the post?

This is the line to allow links to show, but unless i paste is as line number 1 the template doesnt work and shows an error:
