Customizing template menus

    For some reason I am not able to modify my template menus on the Appearance – Themes – Customize (tab). Please assist me with this problem since I am logged out everytime I make the change from having no menus to have my preferred ones activated.

    Have you an option to customise the menu from the dashboard, or does the issue lie with logging out?

    I have the option to customize it in the Navigation bar yet it does not seem to register. I get this message everytime I try to save and publish “Your session has expired. Please log-in again.”

    Yeah I am awaiting a response from them but since I get logged out on the WP side I am thinking it may be an issue with WP.

    We do not support commercial themes as you paid for support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.
