Customizing for sponsoring runners

I’ve looked at a lot of plugins and this one seems to be the best to meet my needs. However, I do have a couple of requirements and I’d like to know if I can get them met before I commit too much time to this process.

I am using this for a non-profit that’s having a benefit roadrace, where people will be sponsoring runners with a donation of money. I think this form will work if I can change the Tribute language to “Runner you are sponsoring” — there is a language file I can edit somewhere, I hope?

Also, when the admin notification email goes through, this name needs to be included in the notification. The client really needs to keep track of this information.
