Customizing Dashboard and Login Page

I have two final questions, and I will finally be done tweaking my WordPress Blog (I hope! :D)

1.) I want to customize my own Login Page: http://www.blog.fremontrossfootball.com/wp-login.php

I want to be able to change the background color, insert my own images where it says W WordPress and ect.

But perhaps the most important of them all, where it says “Back to FremontRossFootball.com Blog” on the Login and Dashboard Page, I want to change the URL to http://www.fremontrossfootball.com instead of “www.blog.fremontrossfootball.com” because the Actual Blog is just an empty site, which is connected to my main site using an In-Line Frame.
