Customizing CSS

Hello:

Thanks in advance for your patience and help. I know there are other posts on this topic; I’ve tried to follow their directions, but haven’t had any luck.

I’m trying to make a few adjustments to the CSS of my site (http://www.electricacontent.com).

While I know how to edit the stylesheet itself, I do not know how to get WordPress to accept those changes.

For instance, do I simply reload the revised stylesheet? If so, how do I do that?
