Customizing Autofocus theme

    Hello,

    I have chosen the theme Autofocus+ for my blog and need some slight customizing help as I am not savvy in the developing department. The theme creator won’t offer help therefore am relying on your help.

    Here is what I need change:
    The navigation grid thumbnail background color (blue-green) to another one. It appears on thumbnail mouse-over.
    I believe it is the accent color of the theme and i would want it change to something else in the header, footer, side bar… everywhere really!

    I would really appreciate the help,
