Customizer Options Are Not Responding

I am running WordPress on ipage.com.

Are there any known incompatibilities problems with this host?

When I installed your theme, the custom options were working. After I refreshed the page, they stopped working. Only half the options appeared. The only function that worked was the CANCEL button.

I had the same problem with the Twenty Fourteen Extended plugin.

I am humbly asking, pleading and begging for help. I am involved in a Quick Start Challenge with Dean Holland.

Being successful with this coaching program requires that I master WordPress.

Please help me. I need an immediate resolution to this problem.

I found some excellent WordPress tutorials on youtube, but I cannot implement the tutorials until I am able to get the custom options problem resolved.

Please help me. I am trying to get my financial situation turned around. I need to be able to use your theme so that I can complete my WordPress training and successfully complete the Quick Start Challenge.
