Customizer error with the Sydney theme

I’m reaching out because I ran into a bit of an issue on my website (jenrusmarketing.com). Whenever I try to open up the WordPress Customizer (Appearance > Customize), the site runs into a critical error.

My WooCommerce plugin is fully active, but it looks like the theme is having trouble finding a couple of settings when loading. Here is the error message that popped up:

Uncaught Error: Attempt to assign property "priority" on null in /wp-content/themes/sydney/inc/customizer/options/woocommerce.php:23

It seems like woocommerce_catalog_columns and woocommerce_catalog_rows are returning null at that moment, which causes the crash on line 23 when it tries to set the priority.
