Customizer CSS disabling Child Theme Style.css?

    Hi all,

    Having a strange problem since the v4.9 update. For some reason, styles I place in my child theme style.css file are no longer applying. When I copy those styles into the Customizer CSS area, they apply fine.

    I confess this has left me scratching my head a bit. Has the file loading priority been changed? My styles aren’t even appearing in Chrome Inspector anymore…

    Child themes should load the same as before. I’m not having an issue with any of my sites.

    A link to the page in question would be helpful—we could look for errors for you.

    Failing that, navigate to that site, open the inspector by pressing F12, and click on the “Console” tab. Do you see any errors there about child theme files not loading?
