Customizer and Widgets

    Two issues:

    1. When I go to manage Widgets in Customizer my site does not display in the right-hand pane.

    2. Same screen: the Widgets option has disappeared.

    (I can send a screen grab if needed.)

    The effected sit is: eptc-tcep.net
