customize.php inactive

    Since I use version 3.9, it is impossible to change the settings via customize.php. Sub menus do not open.
    When Wp Rss Multi Importer is desactivated all is ok.
    When I use this plugin with another theme is ok.
    Perhaps there’s a conflict between my theme The Newswire and RSS Multi Importer.
    If you can help me !

    ok..here is that theme on my web site, and I have no problems with the plugin’s admin..so I’m not sure what the problem is

    thank you for your answer.
    It doesn’t matter, each time I want to change the settings via customize.php, I disable WP RSS Multi Importer and it’s ok.
    We will see if others users have the same problem…
